TigerKits builds software, AI tools, and device systems. This policy explains how we handle information for our website and related tools, including TigerKits Listing Assistant.

We may collect contact information you choose to provide, technical logs needed to operate and secure our services, and product information submitted by authorized users of our tools.

TigerKits Listing Assistant

For TigerKits Listing Assistant, we use Etsy API access only for the functionality authorized by the seller. Seller-provided photos, product details, listing metadata, shop configuration, and generated draft content are used to support listing creation, editing, and seller review.

We do not scrape Etsy pages, automate buyer checkout, automate reviews, send buyer messages without user action, or use Etsy API data to train machine learning models.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the requested tool, generate draft listing suggestions, create or update draft listings when authorized, troubleshoot errors, secure the service, and respond to support requests.

Human Review

AI-generated listing content is a suggestion. Sellers are responsible for reviewing accuracy, pricing, shipping, intellectual property, product eligibility, and policy compliance before publishing.

Data Retention

We retain account, authorization, product, draft, and log data only as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or maintain security. Sellers may contact us to request deletion of data associated with their account.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. Etsy API credentials and tokens must be protected and are used only for authorized API access.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers needed to host, secure, or operate our tools, or when required by law.

Seller Controls

Sellers can disconnect the application from their Etsy account through Etsy account settings or by contacting us. Disconnecting may limit or stop listing-assistant functionality.
