These terms apply to TigerKits websites and tools, including TigerKits Listing Assistant. By using our tools, you agree to use them responsibly and only for lawful, authorized purposes.

TigerKits Listing Assistant

TigerKits Listing Assistant helps authorized sellers generate draft listing content from seller-provided product photos and details. The tool may suggest titles, descriptions, tags, attributes, and other listing fields.

Seller Responsibility

AI-generated content is provided as a draft suggestion only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all listing content, including product accuracy, pricing, shipping details, intellectual property rights, product eligibility, and compliance with marketplace policies.

Etsy API Notice

The term Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. TigerKits Listing Assistant may use Etsy API access when authorized by a seller, but TigerKits is not endorsed, certified, or approved by Etsy.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our tools to scrape Etsy, copy another seller's content, create deceptive listings, infringe intellectual property, automate buyer checkout, automate reviews, spam buyers, bypass marketplace rules, or publish products that violate applicable policies or laws.

No Warranty

TigerKits tools are provided by TigerKits. Etsy and its affiliates are not the application developer and do not provide the TigerKits service. We provide our tools without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free output, or suitability for a particular commercial result.
